International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is seeking an HR Advisor to support managers and staff across a broad range of HR matters at headquarters and field locations. The role provides guidance on regulations, policies and procedures and oversees entitlements, mobility, and performance management.

The successful candidate will contribute to workforce planning, HR analytics and audits, with occasional travel to ICMPD field locations.

• Provides first-line HR advice and support to managers and staff at headquarters and field locations across a broad range of HR matters.
• Guides career development, mobility, classification and performance management processes.
• Monitors HR administrative transactions, entitlements, conditions of service and contractual matters.
