Dormakaba International Holding AG in the Zürich/Rümlang area seeks an experienced Global Mobility Advisor to lead international assignments, relocations, and cross-border employment programs.

You will partner with HR, Legal, Rewards and external vendors to ensure compliant, efficient mobility processes and a strong employee experience in a multinational environment.

A background of 10+ years in International HR and fluency in English and German are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; international tax knowledge is advantageous.
• 10+ years of International HR and/or Rewards experience in a multinational environment, including 3–5 years in Global Mobility.
• Strong knowledge of international mobility practices (tax equalization, localization, permanent transfers, international hiring).
• Policy analysis and design, mobility program administration, vendor management, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across cultures and levels.

Aufgaben

• Manage and continuously improve global mobility policies for international assignments and relocations.
• Act as main contact for HR and business stakeholders on mobility matters.
• Coordinate end-to-end mobility cases ensuring a positive employee experience while complying with regulations.
• Manage external mobility vendors for immigration, relocation, tax, and related services.
• Provide guidance and training on mobility policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor changes in international employment regulations and implement updates.
• Partner with HR, Rewards, Legal, Finance, and leaders to support mobility initiatives.
• Analyze mobility programs to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
