Job summary

Light-For-the-World-International is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to strengthen the financial management and strategic decision-making of our global NGO operations. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and analysis across multiple countries and funding streams, leading the FP&A team and collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; Master’s/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in financial management, FP&A in an iNGO or international organisation.
• Experience with multi-country budgeting and financial consolidation.
• Strong leadership and people management across regions/time zones.
• Proficiency with FP&A systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A team and drive budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic objectives and sustainability.
• Partner with senior leaders and country offices on scenario planning and resource allocation.
• Deliver timely management reports for the Board and senior leadership.
• Identify efficiencies in costs, funding and funding structures.
