Zusammenfassung

Light for the World is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to strengthen global budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis across the organisation. You will lead the FP&A team, collaborate with senior leadership, country offices and National Members to turn data into actionable insights.

Ideal candidates bring deep financial expertise in an international NGO setting, experience with restricted/unrestricted funding, and strong leadership to drive planning systems and reporting

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master's/MBA/CPA preferred).
5+ years in financial management, FP&A or similar, ideally in an iNGO or complex international org.
Experience with multi-currency, multi-country budgeting and financial consolidation.

Aufgaben

Lead, develop and inspire the FP&A team, set goals and foster collaboration.
Steer annual budgeting and multi-year planning aligned with funding strategy.
Provide financial insights to support strategic objectives and sustainability.
