Deel is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth across a defined segment. You will identify, engage, and qualify prospects, educating them on Deel’s payroll and HR platform.

Expect to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with collaboration across Sales and Marketing. The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and meeting KPIs for pipeline contribution.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound role.
• Fully proficient in Danish language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across channels.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting across email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients by understanding needs and readiness to engage with sales.
• Create outreach sequences and cold-calling to map and penetrate accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM and sales tools.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and other teams to refine lead-generation processes.
