Leister International AG in Switzerland seeks a Business Development Manager Industrial Heating to drive growth across international markets. You will develop new applications, partnerships and market opportunities, working with distributors, OEMs and end users to expand the Industrial Heating business. A technical/commercial background, proven BD track record and strong English/German communication are required.

Travel approx. 20%.

Qualifikationen

• Technical or commercial education with FH/HF/TS level.
• Several years in business development or international sales.
• Proven ability to develop markets, applications or opportunities.
• Strong understanding of industrial markets (mechanical engineering or plant engineering).
• Experience working with international distributors.
• Strong market analysis and growth strategy skills.
• High initiative, entrepreneurial mindset and results orientation.
• Excellent German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Drive business development across defined international sales territories with distributors.
• Develop new markets, applications and customers focusing on sustainable growth.
• Build long-term relationships with distributors, OEMs and end users.
• Develop and implement growth and go-to-market strategies for new products and markets.
• Coach and train distribution partners to strengthen market presence.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities.
• Support complex customer projects and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Represent Leister at trade fairs with ~20% international travel.
