Pareto is seeking a Trainee Account Manager (German Speaker) based in Vienna, Austria. You will learn Pareto's offerings and markets, support senior managers, and begin building relationships with mid-market clients.

After 9–12 months, you will meet clients in person and take ownership of partnerships, with a clear path to progression to Senior Account Manager and beyond through training, incentives, and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of Pareto's offerings and market.
• Support senior account managers with upselling and cross-selling.
• Independently manage and sell to lower-spend accounts.
• Develop client relationships via prospecting, LinkedIn and email.
• Meet clients face-to-face after 9–12 months to own business relationships.
