Job summary

Pareto in Austria is seeking a Trainee Account Manager who speaks French to join a fast-growing team serving mid to large UK enterprises. You will learn our offerings, support senior managers, and begin building client relationships across strategic accounts.

After 9–12 months you will meet clients face-to-face, take responsibility for business relationships, and have access to a clear progression path toward senior roles, with strong training and incentive schemes.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level
• French speaker
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Ambitious and determined

Responsibilities

• Obtain a comprehensive working knowledge of the offering and marketplace
• Support senior account managers with up and cross selling into larger accounts
• Independently manage and sell to lower spend accounts
• Develop relationships with new clients via prospecting, LinkedIn and strategic emails
• Understand customers' needs and articulate solutions accordingly
• After 9–12 months, begin meeting clients face to face and take responsibility for business relationships
