Grow-Talent.com is seeking a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Valencia office. This full-time role involves consultative account management, pursuing growth opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, experienced in B2B sales, self-motivated, and capable of working with channel partners. Relocation to Valencia is offered as part of the package.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.
• Create the business environment for sustained growth on the account.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the account for long-term visibility of strategy and activity.
• Research new sales opportunities within existing portfolio of accounts.
• Prepare commercial and technical service proposals with focus on profitability and meeting sales targets.
• Track, manage, and report activity relative to sales pipeline.
• Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls.
