Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Jr Sales & Marketing Consultant to join our Barcelona team on-site. You will communicate with customers, identify opportunities, and support advertisers in the SMB sector, delivering tailored marketing solutions to drive client revenue.

You will use tools like MS Excel and Salesforce, gather feedback, and collaborate with account managers to hand off qualified leads for revenue growth. Relocation bonus is included for candidates outside Spain.

Qualifikationen

• German C1 level or higher is required.
• Experience in marketing or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software.
• Ability to tailor solutions to client needs.

Aufgaben

• Daily communication with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
• Assist in identifying and seizing marketing and sales opportunities.
• Support the acquisition of new advertisers within SMB sector.
• Collaborate with clients to provide tailored marketing solutions that meet business goals.
• Utilize client data to offer custom recommendations and insights.
• Qualify businesses for handover to account managers to increase revenue.
• Utilize MS Excel and Salesforce for research, communication, and marketing activities.
