The Lemon Consulting is seeking a German-speaking Forex Sales Agent based in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role focuses on converting potential clients into active trading customers and building lasting relationships within a high-performance sales team.

You will educate clients on trading platforms and financial products, collaborate with teams, and drive revenue growth through outbound sales and effective onboarding.

Qualifications

• German language at C2 level.
• Proven sales experience in any industry (FX/finance preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales expertise.
• Experience in FX, financial services, or trading environments is a plus.

Employment type: Full-time

Salary : 5500 US dollars net +unlimited commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support retention and loyalty
• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native German C2
• Proven sales experience in any industry (FX, finance, or high-performance sales preferred)
