Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is looking for a German-speaking Forex Sales Agent based in the UAE market. The role focuses on converting leads, building client relationships, and educating traders on platforms and products to drive growth.

You will join an international team, work full-time, and receive a competitive base salary plus unlimited commissions. Native German (C2) and proven sales experience are essential to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Employment type: Full-time

Salary : 5500 US dollars net +unlimited commission

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support retention and loyalty
• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities
• Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native German C2
• Proven sales experience in any industry (FX, finance, or high-performance sales preferred)
