The lemon Consulting in Dubai is seeking a FX Sales Trainee Conversion German Speaking to join a fast-paced, international team. You will contact potential clients, convert leads into active trading customers, and support onboarding through the FX journey.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, educating clients on trading platforms and products, and driving revenue through proactive sales activities.

Qualifications

• Fluent German at C1 level.
• Proven sales experience in any industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities
• Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent German C1
• Proven sales experience in any industry (FX, finance, or high-performance sales preferred)
• strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, ambitious, and performance-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Strong willingness to learn and develop sales expertise
• Experience in FX (not mandatory), financial services, or trading environments
• Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
• Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion roles
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
