100Hires, Inc. is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support specialist to join our international team in Greece, assisting travelers with reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

You will help with changes, cancellations, and general questions while delivering friendly, professional service. The role requires relocation to Greece, offers initial training and ongoing support, and, after the training period, the possibility to work remotely from within Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2)
• Good command of English (B2+)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and comfortable helping people
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
