Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking German-speaking Customer Support agents to assist travelers with reservations and inquiries. You will handle phone, email and chat communications, help with changes and cancellations, and resolve issues with a friendly, solution-focused approach.

The role offers full-time employment in Greece with relocation support and a pathway to remote work from within Greece after initial training. A multicultural environment and ongoing development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C1/C2) is required.
