CBTALENTS is seeking a German-speaking Airline Support Agent to join our on-site team in Malta. You will handle customer inquiries across phone, social media, chat, and email, providing friendly, accurate assistance and resolving issues to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Native German (C2) and fluent English (B2).
• Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• ECDL certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service is required.
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule Mon–Sun.
