CBTALENTS is seeking a German Speaking Airline Support Agent to join its Malta-based team on-site. You will handle customer inquiries across phone, social media, chat and email, delivering friendly and accurate service in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Native level of German (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
• Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Computer literacy (ECDL certification is a plus).
• Prior experience in customer service is required.
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
