Job summary

JobSquad ApS is seeking a responsible gaming agent in Austria to support customers with safe gambling queries. You will work with the customer service team on daily tasks including monitoring for risky behaviour and documenting follow-ups.

Fluency in German (native) and English (B2) is required, along with prior iGaming customer support experience. Strong computer skills and professional handling of sensitive information are essential.

Qualifications

• You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
• Experience in iGaming customer support. It's a plus if you have already worked with responsible gaming.
• You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
• Empathy, dealing professionally with potentially risky clients and taking responsibility can be expected of you.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information in compliance with data protection can be entrusted to you.

Responsibilities

• Use analytical tools to monitor the gaming behaviour of customers to identify potentially risky customers and problem gambling.
• Encourage the customers to use player protection measures.
• Implement follow-up measures in the case of problem gambling behaviour and provide detailed documentation
• Ensure that day-to-day responsible gaming tasks in the various jurisdictions are carried out in accordance within the regulations

The job

As the responsible gaming agent you will be working with the customer service team on a daily basis regarding safe gambling queries.

Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Use analytical tools tol monitor the gaming behaviour of customers to identify potentially risky customers and problem gambling.
• Encourage the customers to use player protection measures.
• Implement follow-up measures in the case of problem gambling behaviour and provide detailed documentation
