Job summary

Amatic Industries GmbH in Austria is seeking an energetic Technical Support Specialist to join our international gaming technology team. You will provide technical advice and support by phone, email, or on site, and help customers resolve PC, hardware, and software issues.

Responsibilities include installing and commissioning gaming machines, performing fault analyses, carrying out maintenance and troubleshooting, and delivering training in German and English.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1–2 years’ professional experience in technical support.
• Good IT and MS Office skills.
• A basic understanding of technology (e.g. networking).
• Problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel and a Class B driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical advice and support for our products (by telephone, email or on site).
• Carrying out fault analyses for PC, hardware and software issues.
• Maintenance work and troubleshooting.
• Installation and commissioning of gaming machines.
• Customer training in German and English.
