Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via various channels including chat, email, and telephone to ensure client satisfaction for our German‑speaking users
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner
• Educate customers about our gaming products and services to enhance their overall experience
• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of service quality and operational efficiency
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective record‑keeping
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to foster continuous improvement
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service competencies

Requirements

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous
