The role is hybrid, based in Barcelona with a 39h/week schedule, includes relocation support and a base salary of €26,000 plus a €4,000 performance bonus.

Qualifikationen

• German language at C2 level and fluent English at C1 required.
• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or digital marketing (PPC/Google Ads).
• Strong knowledge of German business etiquette, digital marketing ecosystems, and GDPR compliance.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing/Communications or related field preferred.

• Onboard new B2B clients and design strategic, high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth via consultative outbound sales, upselling, and optimizing ad spend.
• Manage a high-volume account portfolio daily using Salesforce/CRM tools.
• Exceed sales KPIs, activity targets, and churn-reduction goals in a fast-paced environment.
