Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or digital marketing (PPC/Google Ads).
• German market expertise and GDPR compliance understanding.
• Proficient in using AI tools for outreach and analytics.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Strong ROI negotiation and strategic advisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new B2B clients and design high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth via consultative outbound sales and upselling.
• Manage a high-volume account portfolio daily using Salesforce/CRM.
• Exceed sales KPIs, activity targets, and churn reduction goals.
