This hybrid role offers a base salary of €26,000 plus €4,000 bonus, relocation with flight and studio, private health insurance, and referral bonuses. You’ll use Salesforce to manage a high‑volume portfolio and aim to exceed sales KPIs while expanding in the German market.

Qualifications

• Must have German (C2) and English (C1).
• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management or digital marketing.
• Strong grasp of German business etiquette, GDPR.
• BA/BS degree in Marketing/Communications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new B2B clients and design strategic Google Ads campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth via consultative outbound sales and optimizing ad spend.
• Manage a high-volume account portfolio daily using Salesforce/CRM tools.
• Exceed sales KPIs and churn-reduction targets in a fast-paced environment.
