Bergresort Werfenweng in Austria seeks a receptionist to warmly greet guests, manage arrivals and departures, and ensure a smooth front desk operation. You will check guests in and out, handle cash and basic accounting, and support a high-quality guest experience.

This full-time role offers 14 monthly salaries, a minimum gross monthly salary of 2,688 EUR, free meals, gym access, 26 days of annual leave, travel benefits, and opportunities for training within the group, plus accommodation

Qualifications

• Hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to welcome guests warmly and manage arrivals and departures.
• Basic cash handling and accounting awareness.
• Willingness to upsell and contribute to team turnover.

Responsabilités

• Advise guests and support a welcoming front desk presence.
• Check guests in and out and room them in.
• Handle arrival control, cash management, and basic accounting.
• Cover for night auditor in their absence when needed.
• Contribute to turnover through late check-outs, vouchers, and upselling.
• Process room reservations and assist guests to ensure a great holiday.
