Job summary

Pareto is hiring a Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme (French Speaker) to join their fast-growing tech team in Europe. You will start with a €40k base salary and an OTE package up to €45k in year one, with clear paths to progression as you build relationships and close deals across an expanding UK footprint.

You will obtain deep knowledge of Pareto's offerings, engage inbound prospects, manage your territory with autonomy, and collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product to convert

Qualifications

• Degree-level education required.
• French language proficiency required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business offering to engage with prospects confidently.
• Engage inbound prospects and build business relationships with potential clients.
• Manage your own territory with autonomy and visit client sites regularly.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision makers and influencers.
• Act as the interface between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product departments.
• Liaise closely with existing customers on any contractual changes.
