Job summary

Pareto in Austria is launching a Commercial Associate Graduate Scheme targeted at graduates who are fluent in Swiss German. The role offers a base salary of €40k with OTE up to €45k in the first year, plus two weeks of dedicated soft skills training and strong development avenues.

You will engage with prospects, build client relationships, manage your own territory, and negotiate contracts, acting as a central liaison across multiple departments to ensure customer success and expansion.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level.
• Swiss German language proficiency required.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects confidently after learning the offering.
• Build business relationships with potential clients from inbound inquiries.
• Territory management with autonomy, visiting client sites regularly.
• Negotiate, close and sign contracts with key decision makers.
• Act as interface between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams.
• Maintain contact with existing customers on contractual changes.
