Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Comfortable in a target-driven environment with commercial acumen.

Aufgaben

• Build knowledge of Pareto's offerings to engage with prospects.
• Contact inbound prospects and develop relationships with clients.
• Manage your territory with autonomy, visiting sites regularly.
• Negotiate and close contracts with key decision makers.
• Coordinate between Customer, Sales, Delivery, Legal and Product teams.
• Monitor contracts with existing customers for changes.
• Incentive holidays rewarded for team success.
