Job summary

Eversports is seeking a Customer Care Executive who will serve as the dedicated partner liaison for our French speaking B2B partners across France. You will proactively reach out to partners, showcase features they haven't discovered, and foster habitual use of the Eversports Manager beyond onboarding.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, independent day management, and collaboration with the French Customer Care and Engagement team.

Qualifications

• Native level French and fluent English, spoken and written.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer facing role, ideally B2B partners.
• Comfortable driving conversations by phone and video, not just in writing.
• A proactive mindset: you look for what's next and flag improvements.
• A confident, clear communicator who takes and gives feedback well.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
• A passion for sport or fitness industry.

Responsibilities

• Be one of the main points of contact for our French Boutique partners.
• Run partner meetings to guide studios and venues toward more value from the Eversports Manager.
• Support existing partners via tickets and meetings.
• Manage complaints and requests, track, resolve, and communicate clearly.
• Keep the French Help Center accurate and translate help articles and in-product copy.
• Relay partner feedback and bugs to Product teams and support other teams.
• Contribute to quarterly team goals.
• Manage your day independently while staying connected to the team.
