Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6-9 years of software QA experience, including 3+ years in mobile automation.
• Hands-on experience with Appium, Espresso, UIAutomator2, XCUITest; TestNG/JUnit.
• Proficiency with Java, Kotlin, Swift, or JavaScript.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, TestRail and GitHub.
• Experience in API testing with Postman, JMeter, Katalon, Charles Proxy.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent English communication.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate test automation.

Aufgaben

• Architect and implement a scalable mobile test automation framework for iOS and Android.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test strategies, frameworks, and QA processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define acceptance criteria and drive testability.
• Analyze test failures, reproduce bugs, and provide detailed reports.
• Increase automation coverage and reduce manual testing across the mobile app ecosystem.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Mentor and collaborate with other QA engineers and developers.
