Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6–9 years of software QA experience, with at least 3+ years in mobile automation.
• Hands-on with Appium, Espresso, UIAutomator2, XCUITest and TestNG/JUnit.
• Experience with Java, Kotlin, Swift, or JavaScript and CI/CD tooling.

Aufgaben

• Architect and implement a scalable, reusable test automation framework for iOS and Android.
• Improve test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA processes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to define acceptance criteria and drive testability.
• Analyze failures, reproduce bugs, and provide detailed reports.
• Increase automation coverage to reduce manual testing across the mobile app ecosystem.
• Ensure safe releases and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Mentor QA engineers and developers to share testing best practices.
