Qualifications

• Four to eight years of go-to-market experience.

• Strong skills in positioning, brand strategy and thought leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.
• Familiarity with European markets and professional services is a plus.

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and positioning for fractional talent.
• Build thought leadership and credibility around fractional C-suite work.
• Acquire and onboard companies through targeted outreach and conversion.
• Recruit and onboard senior leaders for fractional engagements.
• Drive growth through word of mouth, community building, and trust-based marketing.
• Plan and oversee marketing channels, content strategy, and community activities for both sides.
