Job summary

ams-OSRAM AG is seeking a Marketing & Product Strategy professional in Austria to lead customer-facing marketing, pricing and portfolio communications. You will drive value-based pricing, craft compelling messaging, and shape lifecycles for products entering mass production.

You will consolidate customer needs and market trends to influence technology roadmaps and business cases, while delivering engaging content for meetings, workshops, and conferences across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Semiconductor Technology
• 5+ years in the semiconductor industry in product marketing, marketing, business development, or technical sales
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing marketing activities with targeted messaging, customer presentations and business reviews
• Drive pricing and commercial support for value-based pricing and quotes
• Shape portfolio and lifecycle communications for updates, end-of-life planning and new products
• Consolidate customer requirements and market trends for roadmaps and business cases
• Create compelling marketing content for customer meetings, workshops, and trade fairs
• Track market trends and align messaging with revenue and product priorities
• Collaborate with Development, R&D, Operations, Sales and Communications
