ReGuest AG is expanding its sales team in Austria and seeking a Direct Field Sales Manager (m/f/d). You will identify and win new hotel customers, present our AI-driven SaaS solutions, and build lasting relationships with clients across Austria.

The role involves travel and close collaboration with the broader team to drive growth. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, fluent German, and good English.

Formación

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS/tech is preferred.
• Fluent German; good command of English.
• Willingness to travel within Austria.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• New customer acquisition: identify, approach, and acquire new hotel customers within your sales territory.
• Consulting & product presentations: present SaaS solutions to hoteliers and demonstrate value.
• Build long-term relationships to drive sustainable growth.
• Negotiate and close contracts with tailored proposals.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and craft sales strategies.
• Represent ReGuest at trade shows and industry events to generate leads.
