ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to act as the linchpin of customer engagements, delivering technical demos and POV-based deployments. You will train customers, support marketing efforts, and craft documentation, while collaborating with sales teams to close complex cybersecurity SaaS deals with enterprise clients.

This role supports our Federal business across the Washington, DC region, requiring 5+ years in technical and customer-facing roles, with a strong networking and security

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in technical roles (SE/Pre-Sales/Solutions Architect) in cybersecurity.
• 5+ years in customer-facing or support roles.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.
• Track record of owning complex initiatives and delivering outcomes.
• Experience closing cybersecurity SaaS deals with enterprise customers.

Aufgaben

• Provide virtual and in-person technical demonstrations to prospects.
• Deploy proof-of-value installations for customers.
• Lead technical training sessions based on POV findings.
• Support marketing activities, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Communicate prospect needs clearly and collaborate with teammates.
• Develop prospect-facing documentation.
• Travel up to 40% depending on region.
