Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant to support Federal Defense engagements, acting as a technical expert and trusted advisor. You will guide DoD prospects through discovery, demos, and proof-of-value engagements, translating security needs into actionable outcomes.

You will work closely with sales to position AI-driven security solutions, manage live engagements, and help shape product feedback for federal requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years pre-sales in cybersecurity or DoD domains.
• Experience with Federal customers and DoD programs.
• Ability to translate complex tech to business impact.
• Expertise in vulnerability management and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for Federal customers' security challenges and map ServiceNow Security solutions to outcomes.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and deep-dives showing AI-driven visibility and security posture improvements.
• Design, deploy, and manage proof-of-value engagements in live federal environments from data collection to analytics validation.
• Guide opportunities with sales to provide technical credibility at every milestone.
• Share feedback to product management on federal requirements and differentiators.
