Zusammenfassung

Job-Room seeks an experienced Head of Sales Precision Parts Europe to lead European sales strategy for the standard parts division. You will drive market development with sales teams and partners, delivering sustainable growth across Europe.

The role demands strong financial acumen, transformation experience and collaboration with global leaders to align markets with strategic objectives.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
At least 5 years of international industrial/manufacturing or consulting experience, with transformation exposure.
Strong expertise in controlling, cash flow modelling and cost accounting.
Experience with modern ERP/BI and reporting environments.
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
Excellent communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

Develop, lead and execute global transformation initiatives from inception to adoption.
Own business case development, budgeting and rolling forecasts.
Develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Analyze key business processes, identify bottlenecks and monitor ROI.
Act as financial partner to site management and international teams.
