SYNBONE-GROUP, a global leader in surgical training models, seeks a Sales and Business Development Manager to expand our Europe footprint. You will liaise with key customers and partners, present strategic initiatives, and translate customer needs into revenue growth across multiple European markets.

You will leverage a strong network in medical education, negotiate effectively, and travel 30–60% to events and meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a track record in B2B sales within Europe.
• Proven success in selling to medical device industries and educational institutes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional EU languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as liaison between SYNBONE and key customers and partners.
• Present strategic projects to penetrate the European marketplace.
• Consult customers to improve training outcomes using SYNBONE products.
• Build and maintain relationships and drive sales growth across Europe.
• Travel within Europe (~30–60%) to attend events and meetings.
