The role oversees accounting operations for the European team and serves as the primary finance lead for European activities, reporting to Head of Finance and Accounting.

The successful candidate will bring a proactive, hands-on approach, drive financial decision-making, and help scale financial operations during a growth phase across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years in finance or a related field with demonstrable accountancy experience.
• Strategic, proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with cross-cultural rapport.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Acting as the EU finance lead and primary decision maker for finance within the EU.
• Establishing and overseeing European accounting operations.
• Owning financial reporting and compliance such as vendor payments and P&L/balance sheet analysis.
• Driving process improvements by managing external accounting providers and operations.
