Zusammenfassung

ENPULSION is seeking a Controller (f/m/x) to join our Finance team. You will be a strategic partner for management and operations, owning budgeting, forecasting and reporting while driving improvements through data-driven insight.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in controlling within manufacturing, strong ERP/BI skills, and excellent English; German is a plus. The role offers a challenging environment at the VIE Airport City site with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in Business Administration, preferably with a focus on Controlling or Accounting.
• 3+ years of experience in a controlling role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (experience with BMD is a plus) and BI tools.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve the company-wide budgeting and forecasting process.
• Maintain, develop, and optimize internal and external financial reporting.
• Drive internal improvement projects, with a strong focus on information structures, data quality, and process efficiency.
• Actively participate in cross-functional, company-wide projects.
• Analyze the value flow across engineering and manufacturing and provide optimization insights to management.
• Support the team with ad-hoc analyses, including complex data queries and deep-dive evaluations.
• Serve as a trusted sparring partner by providing expert input on controlling and financial matters.
