BLP is seeking a versatile implementation professional to lead end-to-end deployment of Native‑AI‑powered ERP automation products for enterprise clients across Europe. You will drive technical and business process optimization, translating client needs into scalable, integrated solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering and sales to craft tailored implementation plans, maximize automation adoption, and deliver measurable business value for Fortune 500–level customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills: you can translate business needs into technical action.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the implementation journey end‑to‑end, from understanding client requirements to ensuring smooth delivery, high customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Translate complexity into clarity: design scalable, tailored solutions that align with customer workflows and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering team to tackle technical challenges, adapt the system to customers’ unique processes and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
• Be the client’s trusted partner: anticipate needs, surface insights, and ensure they realise the full potential of blp’s automation.
• Work with sales to design tailored implementation plans aligned with customer needs and drive deep product adoption.
• Feed the product loop: surface what isn’t working and translate that feedback into long‑term platform improvements.
