Qualifikationen

• . University degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• . At least 3 years of experience in strategic procurement and sourcing in healthcare environments.
• . Experience in pharmaceutical industry and GxP-regulated environment preferred.
• . Excellent negotiation skills; project management skills preferred.
• . Proficiency in digital sourcing and analytical tools such as Excel, SAP/Ariba and Power BI; exposure to AI technologies is a strong advantage.
• . Fluent English; German language skills preferred.

• Develop and implement global category strategies for filtration and single-use materials.
• Lead supplier development, negotiations and contract renewals with cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure continuity of supply by managing risks, market trends and capacity.

• Prepare management reports and category performance analyses; participate in cross-functional projects.
