Qualifikationen

• University degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic procurement and sourcing in healthcare environments.
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry and GxP-regulated environment preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills; project management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement global category strategies for filtration and single-use materials.
• Lead supplier development, negotiations and contract renewals.
• Ensure continuity of supply by managing risks and market trends.
• Collaborate with Quality and Regulatory for GMP compliance across qualification and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to supplier audits, risk assessments and business continuity planning.
• Manage supplier performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Prepare management reports and category analyses; represent Procurement in cross-functional projects.
• Leverage AI and analytics to enhance market intelligence and decision-making.
