Infineon Technologies Austria AG sucht einen Senior Project Manager für Sensorproduktentwicklung in Graz. Sie treiben Portfolioentwicklung für neue Sensoranwendungen in Automobil-, Verbraucher- und Industrie-Märkten voran und führen funktionsübergreifend Entwicklungsprojekte von der Idee bis zum Produktionsstart.

Sie bringen 8+ Jahre F&E-Erfahrung in der Halbleiterbranche mit, führen komplexe Projekte standortübergreifend und verfügen idealerweise über IPMA-C sowie Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifications

• Master oder PhD in Elektrotechnik bzw. verwandtem Fachgebiet.
• 8+ Jahre Erfahrung in Halbleiter- oder vergleichbaren F&E-intensiven Branchen, davon 4+ Jahre in Leitungsfunktionen über komplexe, standortübergreifende Projekte.
• Starke Kenntnisse in Projektplanung, Risikomanagement und Reporting; IPMA-C zertifiziert oder Bereitschaft zur Zertifizierung innerhalb eines Jahres.
• Erfahrung in Konfigurationsmanagement und Nachverfolgung von Change Requests.
• Erfahrung in Automotive-Entwicklung bevorzugt; Zusatzkenntnisse in analoger/digitaler IC-Entwicklung willkommen.
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten (Englisch) mit unternehmerischem Mindset.
• Teamplayer, der Projektteams inspiriert und motiviert.

Responsabilités

• Leitung funktionsübergreifender Produktentwicklungen und Koordination von Projektaktivitäten.
• Sicherstellung termingerechter Umsetzung, Budget- und Scope-Einhaltung bei Produktionsstart.
• Verwaltung von Änderungs-, Risikoreporting und FMEA.
• Enge Abstimmung mit internen Kunden und Lieferanten während der Entwicklung.
• Abgleich mit Engineering, Marketing und Produktmanagement zur Erfüllung der Kundenanforderungen.
• Frühe Eskalation von Issues/Risiken an das Management und eigenverantwortliche Problemlösung.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

You will take over a leading role to drive, grow and develop our portfolio for new sensor applications for automotive, consumer and industrial markets aiming to make life of everyone greener, safer and easier.

• Lead cross-functional product developments, coordinate project activities
• Ensure timely execution of planned project activities to meet the production start schedule, complying with approved project budget and scope, meeting required quality
• Manage requirement change requests, risks, use of tools such as FMEA
• Maintain close co-operation with (internal) customers and suppliers during development
• Align with Engineering, Marketing and Product Management to meet customer requirements
• Timely escape issues and risks to Management and take ownership to resolve issues

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Master or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor or similar R&D-focused industries, thereof 4+ years of leading complex, multi-disciplinary and multi-site projects
• Strong expertise in project planning, risk management and reporting; IPMA-C certified or willing to certify within 1 year
• Experience in Configuration Management and change request tracking tools
• Experience in automotive development is preferred; additional expertise in analog and or digital IC design is welcome
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills (proficiency in English), with an assertive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Team player and driver with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p·a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
