Zusammenfassung

MTM Engineering is seeking a Document Controller to support a major Data Centre project in the Linz Area, Upper Austria. You will manage and control project documentation to support delivery, compliance, and communication among internal teams and external stakeholders.

Reporting to project and site management, the role can be performed locally in Linz or on a 3/1 EU rotation, requiring strong organisation, accuracy, and experience with document management systems and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a Document Controller role within construction, engineering or similar environment.
• Proficiency in Document Management Systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work locally in the Linz Area, Upper Austria, or on a 3/1 rotational basis from elsewhere within the EU.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and manage project-related documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, contracts, and meeting records.
• Ensure all project documents are accurately filed, controlled, and readily accessible to authorised users.
• Upload, track, and maintain project records within internal and client document management systems.
• Coordinate the distribution of project documentation and ensure updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor document revisions to ensure teams are working from the latest approved information.
• Ensure documentation complies with company procedures, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports, records, and administrative documentation as required.
• Collaborate with project teams and site administration personnel to maintain document accuracy and consistency.
• Provide documentation support to facilitate project workflows and decision-making.
