Zusammenfassung

DataX Connect is seeking an experienced Lead Planner for a major Data Centre project in Austria. You will lead the planning function from development through commissioning, coordinating inputs from MEP disciplines and supervising a planning team on a circa €300m initiative.

You will collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership to track progress, identify risks and deliver robust schedules, with a rotation of 10/4 and a strong emphasis on communication and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Lead Planner on major construction projects.
• Data Centre experience is highly desirable.
• Experience across MEP construction and ideally commissioning.
• Previous experience managing or leading a team of planners.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, critical path analysis, progress measurement and programme reporting.
• Experience working on large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to operate confidently with both project teams and senior management.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the planning team on a major Data Centre project.
• Develop, maintain and manage the overall project programme through construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate programme inputs across Mechanical, Electrical, Commissioning, Procurement and other project disciplines.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers and senior project leadership to track progress and identify potential delays.
• Manage subcontractor programmes and ensure alignment with the overall project schedule.
• Produce progress reports, programme updates and key planning information for project leadership and the client.
• Identify critical path activities, programme risks and opportunities for mitigation.
• Ensure the planning process is consistent across the project and provide guidance to the wider planning team.
