Bybit X GmbH in Vienna seeks a Deputy MLRO to support the MLRO in fulfilling anti-financial crime obligations for a MiFID II investment firm supervised by FMA. The role covers AML/CTF, KYC, suspicious activity investigations, and regulatory reporting across EU operations.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in AML/CTF within financial services or fintech, fluent English (German helpful), and a track record in second-line compliance, risk assessments, and policy governance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in AML/CTF, KYC compliance, or securities compliance within financial services or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of FM-GwG, WAG 2018, MiFID II requirements and FMA practices.
• Experience as a second-line compliance officer or AML officer.

Responsabilités

• Support MLRO in AML/CTF policy implementation and monitoring.
• Oversee KYC data, CDD/EDD, and ongoing client risk assessments.
• Manage STR/SAR submissions and SAR register; respond to investigations.
• Conduct AFC risk assessments for products, clients, and channels.
• Deliver AML/CTF training and maintain ongoing staff education.
• Liaise with FMA on licensing matters and reports.
