Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of customers using Oracle Health and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. You will drive adoption, value realization, renewals, and transformation outcomes across healthcare and enterprise domains.

You will partner with executives, IT, and cross-functional teams to develop success plans, monitor KPIs, and lead strategic reviews while managing risks and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 7+ years in customer success, account management, or related field.
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate customer objectives into clear success plans and coordinated action.
• Fluency in German and English at C1 level.
• Travel up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience across the lifecycle and act as trusted advisor to executives, business leaders, and IT teams.
• Coordinate Oracle teams to maximize value of Oracle Health and Fusion Cloud solutions.
• Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead executive business reviews and roadmap conversations.
• Track KPIs, priorities, risks, milestones, and committed actions.
• Support customers through implementations, go-lives, upgrades, cloud transformations, adoption initiatives, and renewals.
