Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to large, complex customers. You will drive cloud modernization, AI initiatives, and strategic transformations, aligning AWS teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will interface with executives and cross-functional AWS groups to plan migrations and value realization, guiding change management and governance as the customer transforms at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs (cloud, digital, AI, or modernization).
• Senior customer-facing experience with C-suite/VP level communication.
• Track record of measurable business outcomes from technology adoption.
• Proven change management and cross-functional alignment expertise.
• Ability to lead through influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong governance, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions, guiding workloads migrations, modernization programs and AI initiatives.
• Interface with customer executives and AWS leadership to plan and support outcomes.
• Lead education plans, executive briefings, go-live events and value reviews.
• Drive organizational readiness including change management and governance.
• Identify AI opportunities and guide GenAI strategy with customer teams.
