Zusammenfassung

Dynatrace LLC is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the strategy and execution of the agentic observability platform. You will translate AI innovations into scalable, production-grade solutions for enterprise customers and developers, leading cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and AI specialists.

You will define autonomy levels for agents, ensure trust, safety, and auditability, and drive GTM strategy, pricing, and market positioning.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of technical product management in AI/ML for B2B environments, with strategy and execution proven by data and trends.
• Experience with AI/ML or agentic AI products, ideally shipped to production; understanding of LLM-based behavior, failures, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with observability, SRE, DevOps or cloud infrastructure; incidents, on-call, RCA, production reliability.
• Ability to design trust into autonomous products with guardrails, auditability, and graceful failure.
• Proven collaboration with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
• Leadership experience as a domain lead or people manager.
• Ability to present to executives, customers, and non-R&D teams; tailor messages to audiences.
• Motivation to translate strategy into business impact; build high-level roadmaps.

Aufgaben

• Champion and guide the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agentic observability platform with focus on hyperscale, reliability, and trust.
• Define autonomous agent scopes: what they do, what is human-in-the-loop, and how to grow autonomy with trust.
• Ensure trust and safety as core product concerns: audit logs, guardrails, decision traces, and clear error states.
• Set quality and evaluation criteria for agent behavior including datasets, tests, and production monitoring.
• Lead GTM, pricing, and positioning for agentic observability offerings.
• Align area priorities with core platform and external teams; maintain transparent decision processes.
• Mentor a diverse, interdisciplinary product and AI team; collaborate with engineers and AI specialists.
• Stay ahead of trends in agentic AI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems to inform strategy.
