The role focuses on translating strategic objectives into actionable steps, driving organizational readiness, governance and value reviews for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs (cloud, digital, AI, or modernization).
• Senior customer-facing experience with demonstrated ability to communicate at C-suite/VP level.
• Track record of driving measurable business outcomes through technology adoption.
• Proven organizational change management and cross-functional alignment expertise.
• Ability to lead through influence across multiple stakeholder groups without direct authority.
• Strong governance, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
